Thanks to the unhealthy postures that we have to sit
in throughout the day, especially when working a desk job, it is but natural
that we will develop back pains. There is no complete cure, with medicines, but
it is exercise only that can help you to overcome it.
You have to remember that back pains are something
that can be avoided too with these exercises. So whether or not you are having
back pains does not matter, you can try out these exercises any time, to keep
back pains at bay:
- One of the best exercises that you can try out is stand up straight and then bend your neck backwards and then in the front. Repeat this for five times and then turn your head to the right and then to the left and repeat this drill again for five times.
- Stand up straight and try to make your two shoulder blades come as close as possible to each other. Try to hold this position for 10 seconds and then you can relax. It might a little difficult to hold this position for 10 seconds at a stretch in the beginning, so start with 5 seconds and then you can move on to 10 seconds.
- Do you know that my simply shrugging your shoulders you can keep a check on back pains? Yes, that’s right. Just shrug your shoulders upwards and repeat this for 10 times to target your back pain areas.
- Tired of doing regular push ups? Well then you can try out wall push ups. Stand perpendicularly to the wall and raise your arms to your shoulder blade level and then put your hands on the wall. Push yourself in and out, just like a ground push up and inhale when you push in and exhale when you push out.
